Office Administrator

Braun Intertec is seeking an Office Administrator to join our St. Cloud, MN office. Responsibilities include taking calls, greeting visitors, coordinating meetings and travel, and maintaining office supplies.

Requirements

• Take calls and provide information/direct/forward appropriately
• Greet and direct office/department visitors
• Coordinate meetings, lunches, travel, and seminars/conferences
• Coordinate department/office related expense and invoice coordination
• Create and maintain spreadsheets/documentation
• Order and maintain office supplies
• Prepare and assist with various presentations and reports
• Perform data entry and computer applications with high accuracy and efficiency
• Demonstrate good customer service skills and commitment to working safely
