Job Description
Brave Health is seeking full-time Licensed Therapists to join their team and provide outpatient services through their telehealth program. The team works 100% remotely, and a comprehensive benefits package is offered, including PTO, medical, dental, vision benefits, and liability insurance. Additional compensation is offered to bilingual candidates (Spanish).
Requirements
- Master's level degree and licensure
- Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States that does not require employer sponsorship
- Work from home space with privacy for patient safety and HIPAA purposes
- Fluency in English, Spanish preferred; proficiency in other languages a plus
- Knowledge of mental health and/or substance abuse diagnosis
- Treatment planning
- Comfortable with utilizing technology, including telehealth software, video communication, and internal communication tools
- Experience working in partnership with clients to achieve goals
- Ability to utilize comprehensive assessments
