Job Description
We are seeking a seasoned IT Program Manager to lead and oversee complex, cross-functional technology initiatives in the healthcare sector.
Requirements
- Lead the planning, coordination, and execution of large-scale IT programs in the healthcare domain.
- Drive program governance, define KPIs, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards.
- Manage cross-functional teams, vendors, and stakeholders to deliver high-quality results on schedule and within budget.
- Monitor program risks, dependencies, and issue resolution across multiple workstreams.
- Implement best practices in project and program management, while adhering to HIPAA, HITRUST, and other healthcare compliance standards.
- Partner with product, engineering, security, and clinical teams to ensure technology solutions meet business and regulatory needs.
- Provide executive-level reporting and communicate progress to senior leadership.
