Strategy & Operations Analyst

We're looking for a sharp, execution-oriented strategist to join our Growth team and help drive performance across consumer lending originations. This is a high-impact individual contributor role sitting at the intersection of strategy and operations — you'll own the analysis, shape the roadmap, and roll up your sleeves to make things happen.

Requirements

• Execute on the originations roadmap across direct mail, digital, and partner/affiliate channels
• Build business cases to support channel expansion & testing
• Define and track OKRs/KPIs for originations performance
