The Actuation & Control Valve Sales Engineer is a critical position responsible for driving sales, fostering customer relationships, and providing technical expertise for valve actuation and control valve equipment within a designated territory.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a related technical field (e.g., Engineering, Mechanical, or Industrial) or an equivalent combination of education and work experience.
- Minimum of 2–5 years of successful experience in engineering, technical sales, or industrial sales, particularly involving valves, flow control, pumps, or instrumentation products.
- Strong understanding of control valves, actuation systems, and associated markets.
- Familiarity with Butterfly Valves, Ball Valves, Knife Gate Valves, and Control Valves is preferred.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (both written and verbal) for effective customer service, technical presentations, and relationship management.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and Dynamics 365 or other CRM software.
- Strong documentation and reporting skills are required.
