FP&A Analyst II, Growth

Braze is seeking a Financial Analyst to join their Finance team. The ideal candidate will be data-driven, analytical, and excited about working in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Own portion of the GTM budget, forecast, and long-range planning process
• Partner with GTM leaders to model scenarios related to spend changes, growth initiatives, and performance trade-offs
• Support LRP and AOP planning by translating revenue targets into investment needs
• Act as the primary FP&A business partner to Growth, Sales Enablement and Sales Operations
• Translate financial results into clear, actionable insights for non-financial stakeholders
• Challenge assumptions and provide independent financial perspective on strategies and initiatives
• Support scenario modeling related to growth initiatives, product investments, and efficiency improvements
• Help drive data-driven decision making by highlighting trends, performance gaps, and areas for operational improvement
