Braze is seeking a People Solutions Coordinator to provide valuable support across various People functions, ensuring accuracy and integrity of processes and compliance. The role reports to the Team Lead, People Solutions, and sits within the People Operations function.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years experience in HR
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proven ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Strong service orientation to internal and/or external customers
- Receptive to feedback
- Prior experience working with an HRIS system (Workday is a plus)
