Senior Account Manager, SMB

We're looking for a Senior Account Manager to join our Braze Account Management Team. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales, with a focus on selling email, analytics, CRM, marketing automation, and content marketing solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for owning the commercial relationship with Braze's growth customers, ensuring they are maximizing value through the use of our technology.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in SaaS sales
• Background in SaaS sales for Mobile and/or Marketing Technology
• Proven success navigating organizations and the ability to quickly identify decision makers and the decision-making process for Braze's SMB customer segment
• Outstanding verbal, written, and stand-up presentation skills
• Prior experience with Salesforce.com CRM, or other CRM used to manage the sales pipeline
