Senior Site Reliability Engineer

At Braze, we're seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to collaborate with our engineering teams to improve infrastructure, automation, and tooling. You'll be responsible for architecting products, debugging reliability and scalability issues, and developing Braze's internal platform infrastructure.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer
• Collaborating across global remote teams, often working asynchronously
• Documenting everything so you don't need to learn the same thing twice
• Delivering fast to delight our customers - even internal ones
• Strong programming skills - Ruby and/or Go preferred
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, or similar data technologies
• Knowledge of Linux and Unix Shell
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations at once
