Senior Site Reliability Engineer

At Braze, we are seeking a Senior Site Reliability Engineer to join our team. As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will be responsible for keeping all internal-facing services and platforms running smoothly, collaborating with engineering teams to improve infrastructure and automation, and managing incidents. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer, with a strong background in Linux, Unix Shell, and programming skills, including Ruby and/or Go. The role involves creating infrastructure as code, developing deployment pipelines, and providing centralized tooling and services. Requirements

• 5+ years of experience as a Software, DevOps, or Site Reliability Engineer
• Strong background in Linux, Unix Shell, and programming skills, including Ruby and/or Go
• Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar IaC technologies
• Experience with MongoDB, Redis, Kafka, Postgres, or similar data technologies
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and expectations at once
• Knowledge of algorithms and distributed systems
