Job Description
The Facility Maintenance Supervisor oversees the day-to-day building operations, including supervising the maintenance and housekeeping staff, and is responsible for ensuring the building maintains its certificate of fitness.
Requirements
- Manage day-to-day building functions and supervise the maintenance and housekeeping staff
- Manage building complexities, including building management system, heating systems, and unit turnover
- Coordinate and dispatch work performed by contractors and supervisors
- Assist with preparation of annual building-wide inspections
- Maintain inspection logs and ensure building compliance with building and health codes
