Job Description
The Housekeeper maintains the common areas of our residential buildings, including offices, multi-purpose rooms, roof deck, garden, trash collection area, lobby, fitness room and sidewalks. Tenant apartments will also be cleaned. The position has a 35-hour work week, onsite.
Requirements
- Comparable work experience
- Experience operating of vacuum cleaner, high speed buffer
- Ability to lift and move furniture, appliances, etc.
- High School Diploma, GED, Trade School Diploma, or equivalent
