Job Description
We are seeking a Residential Aide to assist in ensuring effective service delivery and maintain program stability at the South Strand Safe Haven. The Residential Aide will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and provide staff support.
Requirements
- Two years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite required
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Associates degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications a plus
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or mental health or substance use issues is a plus
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver’s license with a good driving record, as defined by Breaking Ground is preferred
