Job Description
The Residential Aide will assist in ensuring effective service delivery, provide staff support, and maintain program stability by providing assistance and monitoring the premises. The Residential Aide will engage with individuals experiencing homelessness and with Program and Outreach staff.
Requirements
- Two years of related experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED), Associates degree preferred
- CPR and First Aid certifications a plus
- Experience working with individuals experiencing homelessness and/or mental health or substance use issues is a plus
- Valid NY, NJ, CT, or PA driver's license with a good driving record
