Job Description
Tenant Services Coordinator oversees the operation of the Tenant Services Office, providing safe, secure, and well managed permanent housing, and contributing to Breaking Ground’s mission of ending homelessness. This role coordinates program planning, organizes tenant participation, and provides community outreach.
Requirements
- Manage the Tenant Services calendar of events
- Develop and implement programs and activities for residents
- Recruit and manage tenant and external volunteer opportunities
- Perform administrative tasks
- Manage program budget
- Coordinate with Building Management and partner agencies
- Liaise with tenants to address needs and concerns
