Job Description
Working as a Materials Specialist at Breeze Airways involves maintaining warehouse inventory, shipping, receiving, and transportation of materials. The role requires collaboration with the Maintenance Department to ensure adequate supply of materials for aircraft maintenance and executing logistics in a detail-oriented, dynamic, and safe environment.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent educational achievement
- 1 year minimum experience with data entry or inventory management
- Valid Driver's License
- Ability to operate 5K & 15K forklifts
- Pass Materials and the General Maintenance Manual (GMM) training courses
- Pass and ship Dangerous Goods (DG) International Air Transport Association (IATA) and ground course and maintain recurrent training for both certifications
- Authorization to work in the U.S. as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
- Valid Passport with no restrictions to travel outside of the United States
- Ability to secure appropriate airport authority and/or US Customs security badges
- Fluency in English
