Supervisor, Health Information Management

This role involves planning, organizing, and supervising the scanning and document retrieval functions within the HIM Department. The Supervisor will ensure productivity, quality, and compliance standards are consistently met through effective onsite leadership and daily operational oversight.

Requirements

• Associate’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, health information technology or related field of study required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience with EMRs, practice management software, and medical documentation required
• Prior supervisory or team lead experience in customer service or healthcare reimbursement strongly preferred
