Job Description
Become a part of the global leader in the automotive industry as a Shift Supervisor of the Foundry - Melting in Dabrowa Gornicza, Poland. Ensure the proper realization of the production plan through management of the team and production process parameters.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in a production plant/foundry
- Ability to delegate and efficiently manage the work of others
- Ability to solve problems and make decisions under time pressure
- Availability to work in a 3-shift / 4-brygade system
- Practical knowledge of the Excel program
