Operations Manager

The Operations Manager is responsible for overseeing day-to-day warehouse and distribution operations, ensuring efficient operations, inventory accuracy, and on-time order fulfillment.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in distribution, logistics, or warehouse management
• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field (preferred)
• Strong leadership experience managing multi-department operations within warehouse and distribution environments
• Proven ability to oversee operations across multiple facilities or operational areas
• Proficiency in ERP Systems (NetSuite preferred) and Microsoft Office Suite
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills
