Job Description
Bretz RV & Marine is hiring a Service Advisor to work in Mankato, MN. The job requires a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and excellent customer service skills. The Service Advisor will greet customers, assess their RV and marine service needs, and provide clear estimates for labor and parts.
Requirements
- Experience in RV, marine, automotive, or service advising preferred
- Basic knowledge of RV systems is a plus
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Good problem-solving skills
- Comfortable using computer systems for scheduling and documentation
- Physical Requirements: stand and move throughout the dealership for extended periods, lift and carry up to 50 lbs as needed
