Senior Backend/Infrastructure Entwickler:in für das INSPO Team // Remote möglich

You will design, plan, and develop complex backend services and cloud infrastructure for our mobile platform, taking active ownership of your services and infrastructure, driving technical decisions, and defining quality and performance standards. You will work with other developers to design the development process from architecture to deployment, and align yourself with adjacent teams. You will develop and optimize RESTful APIs and microservices with Spring Boot, implement CI/CD pipelines, and automate infrastructure processes with Infrastructure-as-Code. You will work closely with mobile developers, product owners, and UX/UI designers to create the best possible technical foundation for outstanding app experiences.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in backend development with Spring Boot
• Comprehensive knowledge of Kotlin and/or Java
• Master Kubernetes and container orchestration
• Practical experience with AWS services (EC2, S3, RDS, Lambda, etc.)
• Infrastructure-as-code tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
• Deep understanding of microservice architectures, API design, and cloud-native patterns
• Open to developing data-driven applications and experience in data modeling and designing scalable database structures
• Advanced communication skills and problem-solving competence
• Proficient in agile development methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban)
• Good German and English language skills
