Brex is seeking a Business Recruiter to join their Operations Recruiting team. The successful candidate will partner with hiring managers to create hiring strategies, proactively source candidates, and own the full candidate experience. This is a 12-month contract with an opportunity for full-time conversion.
Requirements
- 1+ years of full-cycle high volume recruiting experience
- Strong ability to build relationships with Operations and Customer Experience hiring managers
- Strong organizational skills to coordinate recruiting efforts
- Knowledge of HR practices and employment practices
- BS in Human Resources or a relevant degree
