Job Description
Brex is a high-growth company seeking an Engineering Manager for Salesforce to lead a high-performing team responsible for designing, building, and scaling systems that power Go-to-Market, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
Requirements
- 8+ years of progressive experience in Salesforce development and architecture
- 2+ years of experience managing or leading technical teams in a high-growth environment
- Deep expertise in the Salesforce platform, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL, and platform APIs
- Strong command of Salesforce DevOps best practices, including source control (Git), CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise deployment strategies
- Experience architecting and building robust integrations between Salesforce and a broader ecosystem of GTM tools and third-party applications
