Job Description
Brex is seeking a Senior Manager, Implementation to lead a team of Consultants as they onboard new customers onto their Spend Platform. This role focuses on strategy, execution, and driving success within the implementation process, ensuring customers are fully empowered to leverage Brex’s innovative solutions. The position offers opportunities for cross-functional collaboration and a high-energy, fast-paced environment.
Requirements
- 5+ years of management experience at a b2b SaaS or financial services company
- 10+ years of Global Implementation experience in Financial, Expense Management, or ERP Software
- Proven record of converting direct reports from 'good' to 'great'
- Experience in project management and product configuration in software implementation services
- Experience in capacity & resource management
- Comfort leading customer engagements
- A natural willingness to operate at all levels
- Experience in leveraging AI tools
- Minimum of 2 days in the office per week (hybrid)
