Utilities Supervisor - İzmir

We are looking for a Utilities Supervisor to join our team at Banvit MBRF in İzmir. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area, and at least 3 years of maintenance & utilities experience in an industrial plant. The Utilities Supervisor will lead and manage the field utilities team, maintain the optimal performance and safety of utilities assets and facilities, and ensure full compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related area
• Minimum 3 years of maintenance & utilities experience in an industrial plant
• Experience with preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance practices
• Intermediate English proficiency
• Flexibility to work alternate hours and shifts
