Job Description
Join us at the Nexus of compassion and care as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to assist with lifting, turning, moving, positioning and transporting residents in a nursing home, while maintaining a team-oriented work environment.
Requirements
- Current, valid nursing assistant certification in the State of Illinois
- No abuse records
- Ability to read, write, and spell and to understand and follow both written and oral directions
- Ability to communicate and work well with residents and staff members in your nursing home
- Ability to speak the English language in an understandable manner
- Requires valid deemed nurse aide certification in the State of Illinois
- Requires employee to have had no abuse convictions
- Prompt and regular attendance
- Requires at least 1 year of CNA work experience
