Job Description
Join us at the Nexus of care and compassion. We are looking for a Director of Nursing (DON) to supervise all nursing staff, plan and implement day-to-day nursing functions, and oversee department budgets.
Requirements
- 2 years experience as a DON or an ADON in long term care
- Registered Nurse (RN) in the State of Illinois in good standing
- Familiarity with medical software and equipment (PointClickCare)
- Ability to build rapport with patients and staff
- Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
