Wound Nurse-LPN

The Wound Nurse-LPN will provide day-to-day care needs of residents in a Skilled Nursing Facility Environment, focusing on wound care and skin disorders, and work as a member of an allied health team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.

Requirements

• LPN licensure
• Strong focus on assessment and documentation skills
• Ability to work well with patients and staff members
• Ability to speak the English language in an understandable manner
