Summer Analyst - Debt Strategies

Bridge Investment Group is seeking highly motivated rising juniors to join our Debt Strategies team as Summer Analysts in New York, where you'll gain hands-on experience in commercial real estate-backed debt investments.

Requirements

• Performing loan analysis and sizing for investment committee review
• Supporting origination and due diligence efforts during the investment process
• Maintaining and updating pricing and underwriting models
• Assisting in the execution of strategies to enhance asset performance and value
• Conducting market research and trend analysis to support investment decisions
• Interacting with senior leadership and participating in investment committee discussions
