We are looking for an Associate Director, Medical Communications to shape and execute medical communications plans that support congress strategy, field medical excellence, and cross-functional scientific alignment. The successful candidate will have 6+ years of experience in Medical Affairs and a strong background in scientific/medical communications and/or field medical. The role requires advanced healthcare degree, strong writing and communication skills, and experience managing medical content and medical operations.
Requirements
- Medical Congress Planning and Content Development
- Lead scientific content development for the Field Medical Affairs team
- Review tactics for messaging/lexicon alignment, scientific accuracy, appropriateness for audience, quality, and provide direction to medical communication agencies during development, and reviews
- Ensure consistency of scientific messaging across field medical tools, congress outputs, FAQs, reactive materials, and training content
- Partner with MSLs to drive medical training decks for all publications and FAQs for high-priority or critical publications
