Head of Compliance

We are looking for a Head of Compliance to join our team at BridgeBio. The successful candidate will have experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in biotech or pharma and will be responsible for building and running a risk-based, commercially-oriented compliance program. The role requires a strong understanding of regulatory issues, including AKS, FCA, Sunshine Act, and FDA promotional regulations.

Requirements

• 10 to 15+ years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles in biotech or pharma
• Experience in building compliance programs in growing organizations
• Substantive commercial compliance experience, including HCP engagement, speaker programs, transparency reporting, monitoring and auditing, training, and policy
• Advanced degree in a related field (plus, but not required)
• JD not required
