Job Description
We are seeking a Manager, QA Compliance to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA or a related field and excellent communication and technical writing skills. As a Manager, QA Compliance, you will be responsible for developing, reviewing, executing, and maintaining Quality Agreements, supporting internal and external audit operations, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a scientific discipline
- 8+ years of experience in QA or a related field in a Biotech or Pharmaceutical FDA-regulated industry
- Hands-on experience drafting commercial Quality Agreements
- Prior experience in vendor qualification processes
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and technical writing skills
- Strong knowledge of global GxP regulations (FDA, EMA, ICH)
- Ability to work in a virtual environment
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced, cross-functional environment
- Willingness to travel both domestically and internationally as required
