BridgeBio is seeking a US Director of Health Economics Outcomes Research (Population Health) to lead the development and strategic deployment of HEOR evidence and economic models to support US payer and health system engagement. The role requires a Master's degree in a relevant discipline and 8+ years of experience in the pharmaceutical/medical device industry or managed care experience.
Requirements
- Master's Degree in a relevant discipline (e.g., health economics, health services research, medicine, pharmacy, public health, psychometrics, epidemiology, and decision sciences) required
- 8+ years of relevant experience with an emphasis on the pharmaceutical/medical device industry and/or managed care experience; 6+ years of experience in health economics and outcomes research
- Comprehensive understanding of the US healthcare landscape, factors driving decision making and US payer policy
- Demonstrated ability to lead without authority and influence across teams and functions
- Outstanding executive presence and ability to translate complex HEOR evidence into clear, compelling value narratives for payer and executive audiences
- Well organized with the ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage shifting responsibilities in a small, fast-moving, and entrepreneurial environment
