SAP Supply Chain Management Specialist

BridgePhase is seeking an SAP Supply Chain Management Specialist to support a secure Federal Government client. This is a hands-on, hybrid functional and technical role focused on configuring, enhancing, and integrating SAP supply chain and logistics capabilities in a complex enterprise environment.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on SAP SCM experience
• Demonstrated experience in at least 2 full lifecycle SAP implementations
• Strong configuration experience across core SCM components (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
• Experience working in hybrid functional/technical roles, including debugging, data analysis, and working with developers
• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA and embedded supply chain capabilities
• Experience with interfaces, data migration tools, and integration frameworks
• Working knowledge of ABAP debugging or technical troubleshooting
• Experience supporting supply chain reporting, logistics operations, and performance optimization
• Familiarity with Agile or iterative delivery environments
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders
