Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Manufacturing Manager to lead our workshop and off-site production operations, promoting operational excellence, LEAN manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
Requirements
- Proven experience in manufacturing or production management within an engineered or industrial environment
- Demonstrable leadership and people management experience
- Strong understanding of LEAN manufacturing and continuous improvement
- Experience managing material handling, workshop logistics and lifting operations
- Knowledge of LOLER, PUWER and safe systems of work
