Automotive Senior Technician

The Senior Technician position requires technical expertise to diagnose drivability and electrical systems, leadership skills to drive a team toward customer care and satisfaction, and the ability to communicate technical information to non-technical individuals.

Requirements

• Diagnose and repair to specifications
• Adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs
• Stay current with rapidly changing automotive technology
• Assist and train technicians/mechanics in performing technical activities
• Obtain or maintain A.S.E. certifications in at least three of A1 – A8 within first two years of employment
