Job Description
Join a global leader in the tire industry as an R&D Engineer in our Tire Development Division. You will work in a multicultural, cross-functional team contributing to the innovation of high-performance tire products.
Requirements
- Support the design, development, and validation of new tire concepts from idea to industrialization
- Collaborate with simulation and testing teams to optimize tire performance characteristics
- Analyze test data and iterate design parameters based on performance feedback
- Statistically evaluate main correlations between input and output and propose robust test plan to deep dive in the assessment
- Participate in material selection and process feasibility reviews supervised by the team leader
- Support benchmarking and competitor analysis activities
- Contribute to sustainability-driven projects within product development
- Document and communicate technical findings clearly to internal stakeholders
- Assist in project planning and timeline tracking
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and internal quality systems
- Work proactively in an international and inclusive team environment
