Job Description
We are looking for an RTR (General Ledger) Accountant reporting directly to the RTR Team Leader. This is a local role based in Poznań SSC, responsible for accurately, efficiently, and timely processing general ledger activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or supplementary studies in Finance and Accounting (at least initiated) or completed external accounting training with certification
- Minimum 1.5 years of accounting experience
- Experience in General Ledger is a plus
- Good knowledge of SAP FI or other ERP/financial/accounting systems
- Good knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
- Ability to review, understand, and interpret financial data
- Fluent English (B2-C1 level)
- High level of customer service and communication skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Proactive and improvement-oriented mindset
