Requirements
- Ensure all personnel comply with OMS, client policies, and safety procedures.
- Oversee and prioritise tyre fitting, maintenance, and workshop tasks.
- Maintain accurate data entry and documentation.
- Manage stock and equipment.
- Conduct inspections, assessments, and Job Hazard Analyses.
- Ensure personnel are properly inducted, trained, competent, and have valid licences, medicals, and certifications.
- Investigate hazards, incidents, and unsafe conditions.
- Promote workplace safety through regular meetings, inspections, and communication of safety information.
- Perform tyre fitter tasks or other allocated duties when required.
