We are looking for a Patient Services Representative to be the first point of contact for patients, delivering an exceptional customer experience and guiding them through the healthcare process. As a Patient Services Representative, you will be the connection point between patients, providers, and clinical teams, turning a complicated healthcare experience into an organized, welcoming, and easy-to-navigate process.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a medical office or familiarity with coding and billing is a plus
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to help people feel at ease
• A knack for staying organized and handling multiple tasks with confidence
