The Patient Services Representative facilitates communication between patients and doctors, clinical staff, and administrative staff, and acts as the liaison between patients, insurance companies, and the Central Billing department.
Requirements
- Friendly and professional communication skills
- Ability to work with insurance companies and billing systems
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 2-5 years of experience in a medical office environment preferred
