Job Description
Bridgewater Associates is seeking a Staff AI Agentic Security Engineer to build and protect AI agents for the Security Department. The role involves designing and implementing AI agents for threat detection, vulnerability triage, incident response, and compliance monitoring, as well as embedding with technology and investment teams to ensure secure deployment of AI agents. The successful candidate will have 10+ years of experience in software engineering or security engineering and a deep understanding of the AI agent ecosystem.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, security engineering or application security
- 3+ years of hands-on experience building, deploying or securing AI/ML systems
- Proven track record of building production-grade AI agents or agent-powered tools
- Deep, current knowledge of the AI agent ecosystem
- Expertise in AI-specific security threats
- Experience securing cloud-native applications and infrastructure
- Expert in Python and/or TypeScript
