VP Product Management

Bridgewater Bank is seeking a VP of Product Management to lead the product management function and drive the strategic direction of the Bank's product offerings. The role will be responsible for building the product management department's vision, mentoring product managers, and collaborating with functional leaders across the business.

Requirements

• 7-10 years' experience in product management
• 3-5 years' experience in banking or financial services
• Strong knowledge in Deposit (checking, savings, money market), Online Banking and Treasury Management products and services
• Proven track record of product planning, defining, and launching successful products
