Director of Marketing

Director of Marketing will strategize and oversee marketing initiatives for the Power/Engine division, leading strategic planning, managing team members, and driving consumer-centric initiatives to improve profitability and sales.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
• 10 years of relevant experience
• Previous leadership/supervisory experience
• Excellent knowledge of and experience in broad Marketing principles and practices
• Preferred experience in B2B and/or dealer channel
• Proven ability to build and sustain relationships with a wide variety of individuals at all levels
• Ability to successfully influence outcomes without direct control
• Ability to forecast and develop budgets
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Fluent in English and primary language used in area of responsibility and/or location
• Ability to travel up to 20%
