HRIS Analyst

As an HRIS Analyst, you will optimize, maintain, and support HR, Payroll, and Time & Attendance systems to ensure accurate data management and efficient HR operations.

Requirements

• Combining HR functional knowledge with technical expertise of HR systems
• Supporting production and year-end activities
• Maintaining, analyzing and supporting reports of varying complexities
• Performing analysis into the root cause of problems and recommend solutions
• Supporting problem resolution, reporting, policy and procedure support
• Assisting in development and implementation of audit and testing procedures
• Identifying process improvement/automation opportunities
• Performing other duties as assigned
