Job Description
As a Senior Human Resources Generalist, you will provide human resources support to the corporate functions of the Turf and Consumer business unit, developing reports, analyzing data, and providing proactive resolution of employee concerns and problems.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources Management/related field OR equivalent education and experience
- Minimum five years, with seven or more preferred, related professional, progressive experience in human resources setting
- PHR, SPHR, SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification preferred
- Experience in the manufacturing industry preferred
