Software Engineer IV

As a Software Engineer IV, your role will be to support our Electrification division by performing and leading a variety of very complex engineering initiatives to design, plan, and oversee the architecture, design, development, and management of software systems applied to new or existing products.

Requirements

• Developing and managing control system software architecture for complex integrated power systems
• Using MATLAB/Simulink to create complex embedded control software
• Deploying control algorithms to embedded controllers
• Creating very complex software requirements, specifications and validation plans
• Partnering with other departments to help drive business decisions
• Developing engineering test standards
• Acting as a liaison between other departments as necessary
• Developing very complex system architectures across multiple product lines
