Operations Supervisor

Bright Machines is seeking an Operations Supervisor to oversee frontline production employees supporting automated and manual assembly lines. The role ensures daily execution of production plans, safe operation of automated equipment, and consistent output that meets quality, cost, and delivery targets.

Requirements

• 5+ years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience leading teams on assembly lines, preferably in electronics, servers, or high-mix manufacturing
• Strong understanding of shop-floor operations, production metrics, and labor management
• Ability to lead in a fast-paced, changing environment with minimal tolerance for downtime
• Comfort working around automated, robotic, or semi-automated production systems
• Experience in server, electronics, or electromechanical assembly
• Familiarity with MES, ERP systems, and production reporting tools
• Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience
• Experience supporting new line launches or scaling production
