Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Manufacturing, or Mechanical Engineering (or a related field)
• Minimum 3+ years of experience in manufacturing, automation, or industrial engineering
• Experience with automated assembly, robotics, or electronics manufacturing is highly desirable
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with statistical analysis, Excel, and data visualization tools
• Understanding of Lean manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles
