Job Description
Bright Machines is a next-generation, AI-enabled manufacturer focused on data center infrastructure assembly operations. The company is seeking a Software Quality Engineer to work closely with R&D teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality, reliable software. The ideal candidate will have experience in software quality assurance, preferably in automation, industrial software, or embedded systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in software quality assurance, preferably in automation, industrial software, or embedded systems.
- Experience with automated testing frameworks (e.g., vitest, catch2, etc...) and CI/CD tools (e.g., GitLab CI, Argo, Cargo).
- Familiarity with software development lifecycle (Agile/Scrum) and quality processes.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and debugging skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across multidisciplinary teams.
